Xuzhou City Reception Hall

As the "Xuzhou City Reception Hall," the Xuzhou Huaihai International Expo Center serves as a major functional platform for building Xuzhou into a hub for two-way opening-up. It carries the important mission of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, as well as accelerating the integration of resources. The center boasts a comprehensive transportation network, located just 4.5 km from Xuzhou High-Speed Rail Station, 12 km from Xuzhou Railway Station and the Lianyungang-Horgos Expressway entrance, and 37 km from Guanyin Airport. Metro Line 6 (to be completed in 2025) will have Expo Center Station and Olympic Sports Center Station on the east and west sides of the venue, respectively, with just two stops to Xuzhou East Station.

Commissioned by Xuzhou Yunsheng Construction Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., the Xuzhou Huaihai International Expo Center is operated and managed by China Merchants Shekou's subsidiary, Shenzhen China Merchants Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. (CMEC). It is committed to developing the expo center into an international comprehensive venue integrating exhibitions, conferences, hotels, and other multifunctional facilities. The center radiates influence across the Yangtze River Delta and the Central Plains urban agglomeration, playing a key leading role in regional coordinated development, industrial upgrading, and technological innovation.

The venue adopts a "two-wing" layout, featuring six exhibition halls with a total exhibition area of 66,000 square meters and a conference area of 3,500 square meters. The multifunctional hall, located on the second floor of the central lobby, covers 2,500 square meters and can accommodate 1,500 people simultaneously. The venue offers comprehensive dining facilities, including casual dining, Chinese cuisine, and Western cuisine in the central lobby, as well as centralized dining areas on both sides, providing all-round, personalized catering services. The hotel complex comprises over 900 guest rooms with a total of 1,500 beds. Plans include introducing three themed brands under the Jinling Hotel Group—Jinling Grand Hotel, Jinling Jiachen Hotel, and Jinling Jialong Hotel—to provide high-end and upper-mid-scale business and conference hotel services.

In the future, the Xuzhou Huaihai International Expo Center will help Xuzhou achieve global leadership in the field of exhibition events for the equipment manufacturing industry, contributing to Xuzhou's goal of becoming a "Famous Chinese Convention and Exhibition City" and a "Significant Exhibition City along the Belt and Road Initiative."
